1. Privacy at a glance
General notes: The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website.
Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.
Data collection on this website: Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the 'Controller' section.
How do we collect your data? Some data is collected when you provide it to us. This could, for example, be data you enter into a contact form. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems. These are primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or time of the page request).
2. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is: Digital Neurocare
Address: Legal company details pending before production launch, Please update this page with the final registered address

3. Hosting and Server Log Files
We host our website with the provider Strato (a service of STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany). The connection to our servers is encrypted.
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address
These data are not combined with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
4. General notes and mandatory information
SSL or TLS encryption: This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from 'http://' to 'https://' and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
Revocation of your consent to data processing: Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to data portability: You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
Right to complain to the competent supervisory authority: In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Data collection via contact requests
If you send us inquiries via the contact or demo form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there (such as name, email address, phone number, message), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Storage takes place in a secure database (SQLite) on our own servers. This database resides exclusively on the hosting server and is not publicly accessible. We do not pass on this data without your explicit consent.
Spam protection: To ward off automated spam attacks (bots), we use protective mechanisms such as honeypots and rate limiting. These are evaluated locally on our server; no data is transmitted to external third-party providers such as reCAPTCHA.
Legal basis: The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. Analytics tools and external services
Google Analytics: If you have given your consent (via the cookie banner), we may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Ireland Limited, on this website. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. You can revoke this consent at any time.
The data processing by tracking providers and the setting of non-essential cookies takes place exclusively with your active consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
In addition, we exclusively use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the system (e.g., session management, theme preference). No explicit consent is required for this (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Rights of data subjects
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing (Art. 15 GDPR).
You also have a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), or erasure of this data (Art. 17 GDPR).
